public ruleCustoms: your risk, with an optional cover
public rule- • Covers one re-shipment of the same order to an address in the same country after a customs seizure or destruction confirmed by a customs notice or the carrier's tracking status.
- • Shipping on the re-shipment is included. The re-shipment itself is not covered a second time.
- • Not a refund and not transit-loss insurance. Cannot be added after the order is placed.
- • Not valid when the buyer declines to cooperate with customs, gives an incorrect address, or refuses or fails to collect the parcel.
Returns, re-shipment and what is not re-shipped
public ruleAfter-sales rules
public rulesEvery case is reviewed manually from the order page with the evidence described; no compensation, credit or payment is ever applied automatically. The full wording is in the Terms of Sale.
- Customs holds and seizures
You are the importer of record. A parcel that customs holds, seizes or destroys is not re-shipped and not refunded, unless Customs Reshipment Cover was added to the order at checkout. With cover, the same order is re-shipped once after a customs seizure or destruction confirmed by a customs notice or the carrier's tracking status; the reshipment itself is not covered again.
How it is handled: Open a shipping-exception case from the order page with the customs notice or tracking status; staff confirm the cover on the order snapshot and record the reshipment. Nothing is applied automatically.
- Lost or damaged in transit
Loss or damage before delivery is reviewed case by case with the carrier's tracking and photos; a re-shipment or credit is a manual decision. Loss after confirmed delivery, refused or unclaimed parcels and address errors are not re-shipped.
How it is handled: Shipping-exception case from the order page; manual decision recorded on the order.
- Quality disputes and refunds
A quality dispute needs an independent, publicly verifiable laboratory result that can be attributed to a sample from the order. If a genuine product quality problem is confirmed, the remedy is a replacement batch plus reasonable testing costs, or a refund of the goods — decided case by case. Freight is not automatically included and an allegation alone does not trigger a refund. Refunds are paid in USDT to a wallet the buyer confirms in writing.
How it is handled: Open a 'Quality or documentation question' case on the order page; staff review it manually. No automatic credit or payment.
- COA labelling
An in-house certificate is never presented as an independent third-party result, and every document is linked to the exact lot it describes. No report from another brand is relabelled for this one.
How it is handled: Enforced by the Reviews/COA pages (sources labelled; no documents published without the real approved file).
- Payment confirmation
A payment screenshot is not a payment confirmation. Only an on-chain confirmation of the exact amount on the stated network marks an order paid, and dispatch is a separate step after that.
How it is handled: Enforced: screenshots never change status; only matched on-chain transfers do.
