Shipping by country

Where we ship, what shipping costs, when orders are dispatched and roughly how long delivery takes. Shipping is separate from product prices and is confirmed on the Proforma Invoice.

Can we ship to you, and what does it cost?

Shipping fee

public rule
Free on every service when the items subtotal is $2,000.00 or more. Below that: United States — Standard tracked $50.00 or Express tracked $80.00, your choice in the cart; all other shippable countries — Standard tracked $50.00. Express is offered for the United States only. Shipping is shown as its own line on the Proforma Invoice.

Dispatch time

public rule
Within 2 days after payment is confirmed. Products ship in sealed clear glass vials, packed by the kit. Dispatch time and delivery time are separate figures.

Delivery time

public rule
Estimates count from dispatch, not from payment, and are shown per destination above and in the cart. United States Express: About 5–8 days after dispatch. No specific arrival date is promised. Tracking is provided once the parcel is handed to the courier.

Countries

public rule
46 shippable countries (list above). Colombia and Peru are not available for direct shipping: use a forwarding address in another shippable country, or ask us to confirm an option. Chile, Argentina, Qatar, Turkey and Israel are quoted on request only. Any other destination is not quoted automatically.

Customs: your risk, with an optional cover

public rule
You are the importer of record and responsible for any duties, taxes and import requirements at destination. Shipments are declared accurately; we do not provide ways to avoid customs controls. Without cover, a parcel that customs holds, seizes or destroys is not re-shipped and not refunded.Customs Reshipment Cover — 10% of the items subtotal, minimum $30, optional, chosen in the cart or at checkout.
  • • Covers one re-shipment of the same order to an address in the same country after a customs seizure or destruction confirmed by a customs notice or the carrier's tracking status.
  • • Shipping on the re-shipment is included. The re-shipment itself is not covered a second time.
  • • Not a refund and not transit-loss insurance. Cannot be added after the order is placed.
  • • Not valid when the buyer declines to cooperate with customs, gives an incorrect address, or refuses or fails to collect the parcel.
Claims are opened from the order page with the customs notice or tracking status; staff confirm the cover on the order snapshot and record the re-shipment.

Returns, re-shipment and what is not re-shipped

public rule
Research-use products are not returnable once dispatched. Loss or damage in transit is reviewed case by case from the order page with carrier evidence; any re-shipment or credit is a manual approval. Address errors, refused delivery, unclaimed parcels, failure to cooperate with customs, and loss after confirmed delivery are not re-shipped.

After-sales rules

public rules

Every case is reviewed manually from the order page with the evidence described; no compensation, credit or payment is ever applied automatically. The full wording is in the Terms of Sale.

  • Customs holds and seizures

    You are the importer of record. A parcel that customs holds, seizes or destroys is not re-shipped and not refunded, unless Customs Reshipment Cover was added to the order at checkout. With cover, the same order is re-shipped once after a customs seizure or destruction confirmed by a customs notice or the carrier's tracking status; the reshipment itself is not covered again.

    How it is handled: Open a shipping-exception case from the order page with the customs notice or tracking status; staff confirm the cover on the order snapshot and record the reshipment. Nothing is applied automatically.

  • Lost or damaged in transit

    Loss or damage before delivery is reviewed case by case with the carrier's tracking and photos; a re-shipment or credit is a manual decision. Loss after confirmed delivery, refused or unclaimed parcels and address errors are not re-shipped.

    How it is handled: Shipping-exception case from the order page; manual decision recorded on the order.

  • Quality disputes and refunds

    A quality dispute needs an independent, publicly verifiable laboratory result that can be attributed to a sample from the order. If a genuine product quality problem is confirmed, the remedy is a replacement batch plus reasonable testing costs, or a refund of the goods — decided case by case. Freight is not automatically included and an allegation alone does not trigger a refund. Refunds are paid in USDT to a wallet the buyer confirms in writing.

    How it is handled: Open a 'Quality or documentation question' case on the order page; staff review it manually. No automatic credit or payment.

  • COA labelling

    An in-house certificate is never presented as an independent third-party result, and every document is linked to the exact lot it describes. No report from another brand is relabelled for this one.

    How it is handled: Enforced by the Reviews/COA pages (sources labelled; no documents published without the real approved file).

  • Payment confirmation

    A payment screenshot is not a payment confirmation. Only an on-chain confirmation of the exact amount on the stated network marks an order paid, and dispatch is a separate step after that.

    How it is handled: Enforced: screenshots never change status; only matched on-chain transfers do.
