Version 2026-10-19. What this site stores, who processes it, and how to reach us about it.
What we store
- • Account: email address, a salted password hash (never the password), optional company name, country and messaging number you enter.
- • Orders: delivery addresses, order lines and totals, the Proforma Invoice, the USDT receiving address issued to the order and the on-chain transaction references observed for it, order status history and the policy snapshot that applied.
- • Support and evidence: cases you open from an order, files you upload (lot documents, photos). Uploaded images have file metadata removed; a reviewer checks every file before anything is published, and originals stay private.
- • Referral programme: your referral code, link-open counts, which account registered through which code, and the credit ledger.
- • Security records: rate-limit counters for registration, sign-in and the on-site assistant keyed by a hashed network address, and an audit log of account and staff actions.
Cookies
Only functional cookies: a sign-in session cookie, a cart cookie so a guest cart survives reloads, a short-lived referral landing cookie when you open a referral link, and the preview-access cookie on private preview deployments. No advertising or analytics trackers are set by this site.
Service providers
- • Hosting and database: the site runs on a cloud hosting platform with a managed PostgreSQL database; both process data on our behalf.
- • Payment matching: to confirm your USDT payment we read public blockchain data from node providers for the network you chose. We send them the receiving address and block ranges, never your account details.
- • On-site assistant: if you use the assistant, the text of your chat is sent to an AI model provider to generate the reply. Chats are not linked to your account and are not stored by us; do not enter personal or payment details there.
- • Email: messages you send to sales@peptlot.com are handled by our mailbox provider.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent personal data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with other businesses except the providers above and where the law requires it.
Retention
Order, payment and audit records are kept for as long as they are needed for accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations. You can ask us to close your account; we then delete or anonymise data that is not part of such records.
Your choices
Email sales@peptlot.com to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to a use. We answer within one business day (UTC+8) and complete requests as the records allow.
