What does every PeptLot order include?
Published USD prices per kit; a first order from 1 kit per SKU with any mix of SKUs; sealed clear glass vials packed by the kit (the vial count is on every product); online ordering, USDT payment and tracking in your account; dispatch within 2 days after confirmed payment. Optionally, Customs Reshipment Cover (10% of the items subtotal, minimum $30) covers one re-shipment if customs seizes the parcel — see the Customs Reshipment Cover page.
What is one kit?
One kit is a sealed set of identical vials of one SKU. The vial count is listed per SKU on the product page, cart and Proforma Invoice; it is not assumed to be the same for every product.
Can I mix SKUs in one order?
Yes. Any combination of SKUs; each SKU starts at one kit.
What is the minimum order?
One kit per SKU. Mix any SKUs; there is no minimum order value and no separate first-order or repeat-order tier. Kits are not split into single vials. Prices are per kit from the wholesale price list dated 10 OCTOBER 2026.
How is payment made?
In USDT only, on TRC-20, ERC-20 or BEP-20 (you choose the network at checkout). Checkout issues a Proforma Invoice with the exact amount, the receiving address for that network and a 60-minute payment window. Payment is confirmed automatically once the transfer is seen on chain. No cards, PayPal or bank transfers are accepted, and USDT transfers cannot be reversed.
What happens if I underpay, overpay or pay late?
The payment is recorded and the order is held for manual review. Nothing ships automatically until the review is resolved. Do not send a second transfer while a payment is unresolved.
Are there discounts for large orders, or a maximum order?
No automatic discounts and no volume tiers: every kit is the listed price. Any supported order amount, from a single kit upward, is ordered and paid online.
Do you offer custom or private labels?
No. Products ship in sealed clear glass vials, packed by the kit; no custom or private labels. Unlisted items can be asked about through a support case; standard catalog orders are never blocked.
What does shipping cost and where do you ship?
United States: Standard tracked USD 50.00 or Express tracked USD 80.00; from USD 2,000.00 items subtotal both are free. Every other shippable country: Standard tracked USD 50.00, free from USD 2,000.00 (46 countries, listed on the Shipping page). Colombia and Peru have no direct shipping; Chile, Argentina, Qatar, Turkey and Israel are quoted on request only.
When is my order dispatched, and how long is delivery?
Dispatch: Within 2 days after payment is confirmed. Delivery estimates count from dispatch and are shown per destination in the cart and at checkout. No specific arrival date is promised. Tracking is provided once the parcel is handed to the courier.
What if customs holds or seizes my parcel?
You are the importer of record and responsible for duties, taxes and import requirements. Without cover, a parcel that customs holds, seizes or destroys is not re-shipped and not refunded. If you add Customs Reshipment Cover in the cart or at checkout (10% of the items subtotal, minimum $30), the same order is re-shipped once after a customs seizure or destruction confirmed by a customs notice or the carrier's tracking status. The cover is not a refund, does not cover transit loss, and cannot be added after the order is placed.
What if goods are lost in transit or there is a quality problem?
Transit loss or damage is reviewed case by case with carrier evidence from the order page; any re-shipment or credit is a manual decision. A confirmed quality problem (independent, attributable lab result) is remedied by a replacement batch plus reasonable testing costs or a refund of the goods. Nothing is credited automatically. Where can I track my order?
In your account. After dispatch, the tracking number and shipment updates appear on the order page.
How does Refer & Earn work?
Share your personal link from your account. A new account registered through it gets USD 25.00 off its first order of USD 500.00 or more in items (valid 30 days). You receive 3% of the items subtotal of every order they pay within 90 days of registering, as store credit that becomes usable when their order is dispatched. Your referral page shows link opens, registrations, paid orders and your balance. Credit pays for items on this site; it is never cash or USDT.
Can I see another buyer's documents or my own from a link?
No. Every order and file is checked against your account on the server. Links are not shareable and downloads are recorded.
Is browsing prices free?
Yes. Prices and specifications are public. Sign-in is needed for checkout and private order files.
Do you provide dosing or usage guidance?
No. Products are for laboratory research use only. No human or veterinary use, dosing or therapeutic information is provided.
How do I reach support?
Email sales@peptlot.com (replies within one business day, UTC+8) or use the on-site assistant. For an existing order, open a case from the order page so the evidence stays with the order. Contact details are on the Contact page.
