Publication policy
Sharing a photo of a received order is voluntary and earns no credit. Submissions are reviewed for policy only (no personal data, a genuine order photo); what the review says is not a factor.
Positive and negative feedback follow the same publication rules. One showcase per order. A delivered-order link is not independent verification of product quality.
Only reviewed image copies are published, with personal details removed or redacted. Original uploads and PDF documents remain private. Customer-shared lab reports are labelled separately from our shipment photos.
